Every project starts with the same question: who has to read this, and what do they need to be able to do after they do? The answer determines the format, the language, the cognitive load, and the standard I hold the work to.

Most caregiver-facing ABA content is either too clinical to be useful or too watered-down to be accurate. I write the middle ground: evidence-based, accessible, and written by someone who has been on both sides of the table. Caregivers deserve real answers — not reassurances.

High turnover and implementation drift happen when training is built around compliance, not competency. I design structured curricula, and onboarding programs for clinical teams who need their staff to implement what they're taught — with a competency sign-off that means something.

Study materials built for the brain you're studying with.
Standard exam prep buries candidates in walls of text and expects them to sort out the clinical logic on their own. I build visual frameworks, clinical flowcharts, and decision trees that reduce cognitive load and isolate the discriminative stimulus — so neurodivergent candidates can actually demonstrate what they know under pressure.
